If you've ever just wished you had a bit more "wool" on a sound your days of wishing have ended. The Culture Vulture's 3 different tube sounds [Triode, Pentode 1 and Pentode 2] afford the user the ability to add a smidgen of harmonic content to their audio or full on distortion [when the "overdrive" switch is engaged this unit is anything but subtle or unnoticeable!!]. For a tad of sparkle or thickness to the most urgent of grunge sounds the Culture Vulture is a tool that should not be overlooked.

We have refined this so that distortion figures are reduced to only 0.2% at lowest to about 99.9% (at least that's what our distortion meter tells us!). Predominant distortion can be changed from even to odd harmonics with a simple switch. Warm sounds gently or create a noise like a 200 watt guitar stack with all the drivers slashed.

- Frequency response: >1dB variation over 10Hz to 25kH (actually ±1.75dB over 50Hz to 15kHz at low distortion)
