Mercenary Audio - Crowley and Tripp Proscenium Ribbon Microphone

Harkening back to the days of yore the Crowley and Tripp Proscenium is remarkably reminiscent of the old RCA 77-DX in a smaller profile package. This smaller body makes the microphone infinitely easier to position in tight spaces. Equally at home in horn and guitar applications as it is for "drum room" and certain vocal applications no studio will every really be complete without at least one Proscenium.

Crowley and Tripp Proscenium features

Traditional response ribbon microphone designed for classical music applications. Warm sound reminiscent of vintage ribbon designs, but with a modern design and increased efficiency. Ideal where traditional ribbon warmth is desired, and is particularly effective for classical music applications in concert halls.
