Mercenary Audio
Apogee Ensemble Mobile

The Ensemble Mobile is the same as the standard Ensemble, except that the Mobile takes DC electrical power on a 4-pin XLR connector, whereas the standard Ensemble takes AC voltage on an IEC connector. A DC input allows the Ensemble Mobile to be run off an external battery for use on location sessions where AC power may be difficult or impossible to acquire.

The Ensemble Mobile will accept any DC power source with voltage between 11 and 16 volts. The power requirement is 20 Watts maximum or 1.7 Amps at 12 Volts, giving Ensemble Mobile an average of four hours of run time from a 7AH battery.

The Ensemble Mobile DOES INCLUDE an external AC-DC power adapter, so you can run it off regular wall power straight out of the box.
